JohnstonGreer are a new and ambitious recruitment consultancy specialising in the niche Life, Pension and Mortgage sectors, a market the Directors have been operating in since 1994. The business is already firmly established and many new clients have been won resulting in our inclusion on exclusive supplier lists for major blue chip organisations and other well known brands. Following this growth we now require 2 positive and determined individuals to join the firm as Recruitment Consultants.

Full training is provided and crucially you will work alongside very experienced individuals benefiting from their strong market knowledge, excellent network of contacts and frontline guidance.

You will be responsible for generating opportunities and building new relationships with clients and candidates and then managing the recruitment process through to completion. The market is high net worth within a professional sector resulting in a high average fee value, where the focus is on servicing client and candidate needs for sometimes unique positions and not volume recruitment.  

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate sales ability in a proactive environment, excellent communication skills, industrious work ethic and a determination to succeed. In return you will receive a fully employed package plus a rewarding bonus scheme, which is almost unrivalled in the industry as bonus is paid on every placement made. OTE in year one of £30,000 with many consultants previously recruited by the Directors earning above £50,000 in the following years. Experience within Financial Services or Recruiment is essential.
